Materials needed...

I am getting closer to actually starting my new build on a replacement 10g
tank for one of my old ones.
I intend to use "Great Stuff" for a wall and likely cover it/w layers of cement.
Which cement ?
Does it already have the sand/need the sand in it ? How much ?
I read of people using 3-5 coats...how many did you use ?

Think I might like to use what I've heard people call "sugar sand" for mixing the
cement instead of regular sand to get a smoother texture ?
