PAR for CF Spiral DIY Canopy on 36 gal bowfront

Long time lurker, first time poster. Love this site.

DIY canopy has reflective metallic tape and two double-sided lamp fixtures for CF spiral bulbs. Currently running three 26w CF 6500K and one LED 5500K. I have no idea what the PAR is. I'm wondering if anyone else has a similar setup and what has successfully grown.

Tank is 36 gal bowfront, similar to 29 gal or 20 gal tall. Plants were grown in gravel with no fertz, but recently switched to fluorite/Eco complete mixed 30/60 with a scattering of ozmocote plus on the bare bottom. I now dose excel every other day and flourish complete once a week after 50%WC. Pic is only a week old in new tank with some new crypts and vals. No CO2

Any input on light would be great. I'm concerned it might be too much. [IMG][/IMG]

Look at the sticky in the lighting section. There is a lot of great info for CFL's in there including a lot of PAR info. Make sure you have a beer and a bag of chips tho, its a lot of info.

It isn't a good idea to post the same thing in two different forums. By doing that you get some replies in one forum and different replies in the other forum, with no feedback between the two replies. It just leads to confusion. What I'm saying is that I responded in the other forum.
