CO2 Reactor with a Blue Line Pump

I just bought a Blue Line 55 HD at a great price from Ebay an I need to built a new reactor for this pump, I was thinking of a 3x24 with 1 inch connection, Now should i use Bio Balls to slow the flow and the CO2 contact time, There will be a UV Light an In Line Heater also with this pump or how about Tee off the reactor from the uv and heater an have 2 returns? { my tank is 60x18x24 , 110g tank }

you will rue the day you put bioballs in your diffuser.

They clog, get gunky and over time they will slow the flow to the point where the CO2 starts building-up in the reactor.

You don't need them. If you really want to change things up - try swapping out the impeller for a mesh or needle-wheel.

Blue Line HD Pumps don't have a normal propeller? I have a AM 1000 CO2 Reactor for a couple of years and never had a problem with it.
