Question Decisions decisions...

So I've had my 26g bow running with plants for about a month now and I've already come to the conclusion that I need CO2. DIY is the only option for me right now. I've read all kinds of articles on the web but I have a question that pertains to my tank in particular. Right now my 26g is running with an eheim 2215 cannister. The flow is great and I really don't want to increase turbulence in the tank anymore. The powerhead method would increase turbulence and take up precious space in my tank. Also, I am only running 2x24w t5 lights making that a little less than 2 wpg so I really don't need that much CO2 running (probably just 10-15 would be ideal I'm guessing). So what is the best way to diffuse diy CO2 into my tank? Can I just hook the tubing up to a glass diffuser? Should I just use the bell method? Or is there a small powerhead that can adequately serve as a reactor without providing more water movement in my tank? your input is greatly appreciated!
