Hob refugium?

What you think about a hob refugium for growing plants? I have an ac70 filter but might be to much flow in my 10g. Ideas?

I've done this with 20 gallon tanks and the large Marina breeder boxes. You have to DIY a water pump instead of the air stone to run the box, and then find a clip on light, but it works great for growing moss. I think the Finnex box comes with the option of air pump or water pump so that might be a better option.

The other thing I have done is ran some airline tubing into the outlet of my ehiem 2215 and then clipped that in the box, works well too.
