Savko poly inserts ok for reactor?

Anyone see a problem here? Having trouble finding the black irrigation hose barbs in 3/4x5/8. I'm guessing these are polyurethane, which I don't know much about or whether there's any drawbacks. I know it makes good skateboard wheels.

Yes, as long as they screw in tightly, they'll be fine.
