Which connector would you use?

For you electrical gurus. You have 3 connections you want to connect to a light so the fixture itself is modular so it can be disconnected without having a big wire dangling on it to the control box. Each connection requires a + and -. I looked at D-SUB 15 pin but too many pins would be wasted. Thought of CAT5 but would like a beefier cable. The power running through each channel would be 48V 700ma.

I've had pretty good luck with ebay "aviation connectors".

Come in pretty much every pin count, and are generally panel mount. Dirt cheap as well.

3 connections, with +/- each? Why not use a 6 pin round connector?

Want connections to mount solid like in a panel or to hang out on a set of wires? Trailer light connectors are cheap and simple. Two sets of four wires each?

Two of these with two matching plugs?

Cheap as it gets and as easy to find as possible. For safety put the insulated lugs on the hot/power supply end.
