DIY Co2 Reactor for a FX6

hello all

Im building a Co2 reactor for my new FX6 filter and I would like your thoughts on something..

The Hose on the fX6 is 1in Diameter , So I was planning on using a 2in Wide 15in PVC pipe for the reactor .. Using Reducers to get the fitting down to 1in.

This is my first DIY and I just wanna make sure im on the right track ..

2 inch PVC pipe is appropriate for much smaller filters, and a 15 inch length would be marginal for those smaller filters. I think you should be looking at a bigger reactor, perhaps 3 inches in diameter and 18+" long. I'm not even sure that that type reactor is the best idea for such a big filter.
