2L DIY CO2 Bottle 2 much for 10 gal? (hang on back filter)

I have a filter that hangs on the back so there is some surface agitation but I don't really wanna buy that 80 dollar canister filter the eheim or whatever unless theres like a 50 dollar one maybe... so I was thinking of using a 2 liter bottle which would be a little more then recommended for a 10 gal so would that be okay??? i have complete glosso foreground cover through mid to background then drift wood with 4 anubias coffee and some riccia on some rocks with a few plants of dwarf hairgrass and some sagatarias in the background in the corners... so... what do you think... one 2 liter bottle ? i'm gonna do it today actually just let me know what you think, might start the project in an hour my 1 liter wasn't enough i don't think.

There is nothing wrong with using a 2L pop bottle for CO2 in a 10g aquarium. From the list of plants that you have, it sounds like you already have high lighting. Be sure that along with your CO2, you also provide some form of nutrients for your plants.

I use 1 gallon Gatorade bottles that I found many moons ago for my 10gal tank. I run the line right into the intake on my HOB.

He doesn't have a diffuser. He uses the impeller as a ghetto reactor.
