Diy Bg Help

So many of you have seen my other thread: http://dempsey.6.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=122

I have encountered a problem. MY clown Pleco lives inside the damn thing. My otos seem to have a good time disappearing back there too. There are just enough cracks and holes to hid in that they can do it too. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for things I can do to fix this WITHOUT taking it out of the tank...

I was thinking peat moss. Cheap, just cram it in the holes/cracks, and move on. Remove it every month or so.

that might work but if you ever take it out then just use silicon in all of the cracks.

Well I would but the cracks I'm discussing are also visible, so that wouldn't be very appealing.
