Exclamation DIY CO Odd Failure

Since my last water change i've noticed a haze in my tank. It was white, so not a green algae bloom. My first thoughts were ammonia, but that tested fine. I was thinking my filtration just wasn't cutting it, so i started a DIY canister filter(had 2 lame power filters off the back of the 75 gallon).

But then i found the problem.
My CO2 generator is connected to my Hydor air pump/diffuser/bubblemaker. Works GREAT at diffusing and introducing the CO2 i think, but the valve must have been too far open. It sucked all the air/co2 out of the bottle and was beginning to draw the yeast/water/sugar/alcohol mix into the tank.

I've done a 30% water change(all i had time for) and it cleared up some. But the fish really don't seem affected! In fact, one of my otos that had pretty severe bloat is looking MUCH better this morning.

Any thoughts? Will this make fish water beer and off all my plants and fish? WIll it finally just filter out as there isn't any sugars for the yeast to feed on? Did I find a new dropsy treatment ?

maybe the fish ate the yeast pretty quickly and now it's just sugar left over. I've had alcohol poured in my tank before (i don't know who did it or i'de kill them) but i lost no fish except for one (siamese algae eater) only because i dont think he could get to the surface to gasp for air becuase of his mouth placement.
