Noob DIY co2 question!!!

So I understand the concepts of DIY co2 with reactors and how to diffuse it in the water but how do I prevent it from having co2 poisioning in the tanks?

How do u know too much co2 is being put into the tanks?

Measure pH and kH and use a handy dandy ph-kH-CO2 chart.

...or get a drop checker.

well besides that, is there a certian mixture in the co2 reactor that u use for different size tanks?

like more or less yeast and suger to vary the co2 out put.

Can you be specific.
Less yeast ratio will produce a longer CO2 source, but less concetrated CO2.

If you want more or less CO2, people will generally add bottles with Check valves, and tees. of the appropriate size.
As Stagius said, changing the ratio will effect the amount, and duration.
One way to adjust the amount of CO2 in the tank if you are injecting too much is to increase surface agitation.
