Question about DIY CO2 material ?

Hi

I am planning to do a DIY Co2 for my 29 gallons tank with the yeast recipe.

The thing is that I am not sure how to get yeast and baking soda. Actually, I ve never heard of these things. Where do you guy get those? order it online or get it in the store.

It would be nice if someone could show me where i can get those things from ? I would prefer to go straight to the store and get those things.

Wait.What?

Regular ol' yeast/baking soda from the grocery store. Safeway. Ask them for these items and they will happily show you the way. Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, Fleischman's yeast.

Currently resetting...

Actually, they're not all the same. It's been shown that champagne yeast has a lot better production and longevity than bakers yeast - assuming you can find it. All the stores around me only carry baking yeast.

I just bought a packet of champagne yeast off ebay. I got the co2 going today, it it's much stronger then my previous bread yeast. I'm satisfied.

Any champagne yeast or bread yeast. Doesn't matter what brand.
