Test Kit Holders

I've got my testing kit supplies sitting on a window ledge. Unfortunately, the box is slightly too wide for the ledge... which leads to my cats knocking them off occasionally. Here is what I came up with to fix the problem.

I used my Silhouette Cameo Machine to cut out a nested box out of scrapbooking card stock. I measured the bottles/test tubes and made openings for each of them. These fit perfectly on the ledge!

Man, I wanted to get one of those machines a long time ago. Too bad they're expensive

I got a plastic one that was for test tube shot glasses from the dollar store for a buck or two. Works great

I used a 2 x 6 and drilled holes. Not great. Heavy enough to be stable, but the holes are not a good fit for the bottles of reagent, so they tend to fall over.
Then I used some thick styrofoam. Not heavy enough to be stable, but the bottles fit more tightly, so they do not fall over.
