DIY CO2 Temperature...

Any input/advice on using some sort of heater for DIY CO2 bottles? I've got a reptile under tank heater on the back wall of my cabinet stand and the bottles are standing up next to it. I took the temperature today of the bottles next to the pad and it was reading 86-90 which is EXTREMELY hot, yet the inside of the cabinet was reading 63.

The CO2 production was extremely bubbling coming out of the limewood airstone that is. It was misting perfectly across the tank, yet when I turned off the pad heater it slowed way down.

That's actually close to s. cerevisiae's optimal growth temperature. It'll grow fastest at give-or-take 86F, but of course the mixture will also expire fastest at this temp.
