barr internal venturi co2 reactor

I was thinking about building one for my twenty gallon, but I am not sure what power head to use. Does anyone have any suggestions? The smallest ones I looked at were around 80 GPH and that almost seems to much for a twenty gallon planted tank. I just don't want to make a mistake and buy a power head that is going to blow everything all over hells half acre. Suggestions on the appropriate power head would be appreciated.

I think you will be fine running 80 GPH in a 20 gallon. I run a 10 gallon with a Hagen Fluval 1 Plus internal filter that runs 50 GPH and an AquaClear 30 that runs up to 150 GPH with no problems. Things get a bit crazy when the AC30 is on full blast, but it doesn't harm anything.
