With all the complex LED builds on here and other complex projects, I thought I would do a very simple DIY project for anyone with a 4 bulb Aquaticlife fixture who hates blue LED's like me. I actually contacted them about making these but there was not enough interest so I took it upon myself.
I am trying to make this as simple as possible so you don't need a multimeter, don't need to really understand anything but soldiering, etc. According to my measurements, these LED's should work great.
What you need:
Some tool to pry (carefully)
Radio Shack 4 pin LED- http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...ductId=3060973
This one looks like it should work too but is more narrow but may be more similar to the blue you took out- http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...uctId=22385906

If you can't figure out the positive and negative, here is a simple diagram that probably only makes sense if you have the LED right in front of you.
It looks like this (kind of haha)
On the circuit board, they should look like this:

This makes more sense if you look at the second to last pic.
The larger side should face the edge of the circuit board.
First, take the LED out of the light fixture. Did not take pics as it is very simple. Remove splash guard and pop them out. They use a simple two pin connector that you cannot put in backwards.
Next, remove the two screws that hold the circuit board to the plastic housing
I couldn't take pictures of me unsoldering the LED but I used some small pliers to pry. Then take your soldiering iron and touch each pin using slight force to pry it out
Half way there, didn't worry about bending the pins as these are not going back.
Old LED off, new to go on.
Use the pliers the opposite way, pushing slightly as you solder each pin. Move to each one and it will slowly move in.
One down, one to go, note the orientation of the new LED:
