p.o.s. 10gal -> nano cube help

Hey guys

So tonight I had a 10gal start leaking at the seams....the terrible uneven barely-siliconed seams of a Petsmart tank Anyway, I figured this would be the perfect chance to get some scrap glass to build a nano cube. I'm thinking a 10" cube, since the 10gal is 10" wide.

My questions are thus: is the 1/8" glass going to be adequate to make a 10x10x12 (or x10) rimless tank? Or should I just go ahead and cut all the panels down and do an 8x8x8 or something? I'd really like to have this be rimless and be able to reuse all this glass....

Ok, I guess I just had one question for now. I'm going to tear the panels apart tomorrow and get them cleaned up. Next weekend I'll pick up a cutter and see what I can do...

Thanks in advance..
