DIY CO2 mix

Im looking to see if anyone has a mix for a 20-24 ounce bottle. Im looking to set it up on my 2.5 gallon nano. I was thinking 1/2-1/4c sugar and 1/16 yeast may work. Thanks

i've been having luck with 2 cups sugar 3/8 tsp yeast and 3 cups h2o in my 2 liter bottles. scale that down you get 1/2 cup sugar 3/32 tsp yeast and 3/4 cup h2o. i wonder if that would fit in your bottle. hope this helps.

I have a related question. I just started my first injector. I used 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 cups h2o, and about 1/2 tsp of dry active yeast. i'm not getting a constant stream of bubbles, it's intermittent; about every other second or 2. Should I make another bottle or wait a few days to see what happens?

I got a good tip:

Boil the water - ad the sugar and stir till its desolved, bring to a boil and put on a lid. Cool to room temperature. Apply sugarwater to bottle/container - ad yeast.

This methode gives me a month supply of CO2 with 1 bubble a second, in a ½L bottle...

From 2.1gal Nano to 14gal:
