silly DIY CO2 hook-up question

I am starting DIY CO2 and I know this is a silly question but I don't know how to hook it up to the filter intake. It's probably a really easy solution. I have an eheim.

I use a fine mist airstone held below the filter intake by one of those airline holder suction cups.

I did the same thing but when I upped my bubble rate by mixing my own recipe, I started getting little bubbles coming our of my water out line. So then I built me a DIY reactor and got rid of the ladder, I now have 100% C02 desolved.

10 gallon hospital tank.
29 & 50 gallon - High Tech C02 enriched.
50 gallon Pond - Natural.
