Ballast question

Can someone please tell me which ballast comes in AHSupply's 4 x 55 watt Bright Kit? Is it just 1 or 2?

what kind of ballast is it?

I assume it is a Workhorse, but which one? Does Workhorse make a ballast that will power 4X55?

From their website:

4 x 55 watt Bright Kit Consists of TWO 2 x 55 watt Bright Kits #30552

2 x 55 watt Bright Kit Includes one 14 ounce, solid-state electronic ballast that will operate two bulbs

So if I undestand the other part of your question correctly you will get two 14 ounce, solid-state electronic ballasts that will operate two bulbs each ballast.....DC

A Workhorse 7 will run three 55 watt PC lamps. To run four, you'll need to use an Icecap 430 or 660.

Thanks gbhil, thats what I was looking for. I know what AHSupply's kits are, I mean, I understand their 4X55 is two 2X55 kits. I was looking for a way to run 4X55 with only one ballast. I guess I should have made that clearer.

Check the specs, but the WH5 is rated for 128W and the WH7&8 is rated for 220W total.
