Question diy inline reactor

Hi All
not been round much soz

can any one help me build one the main thing is stuck with is find parts in this crappy town only thing remotely good is b&Q wearhouse witch is usless place. if u know good place or site that for uk please let me know thanks

i used both ladder and little white disk style but i just not seeing any growth from plants or peraling i have to test water again but it low ph and kh out of tap adding about 4 teaspoons of baking soda to get ph of 7 after water change kh after not an clue just can't remember i do kh reading tomarrow but think it somthing like 4-5 drops in hagen test

i just did kh test its 130ppm opps added to much baking soda i guess and ph of round 6.5--6.8

Juwel rio 240,arcadia overtank lighhting 4x54 watts,filstar xp3 filter,pressured co2.
Juwel rio 180,flual 204,no co2,low lights

Sending a reactor to the UK would cost quite a bit.

Also I'm not a big fan of having brass in continuous contact with my tank water.

i was thinking the same thing shame as well i was look forwards to building one looking more like it never happen

Do you not have PVC fittings in England?

The home improvement shops I saw in Ireland seemed to be as well outfitted as the ones on this side of the water. Look around a little bitÖ

Shipping costs to the UK

I can check and see what it would cost to send a five pound pkg to the UK. I don't think it would be that much. I just made a reactor and sent it to a guy in canada and it only cost about 11.00. I really don't think the price would be a whole lot of difference. PM me with your address and I can check it out for you at the local UPS. I have a lot of friends there. I make the reactors for the fun of it and if you want to pay for shipping and the price of the reactor I would be more than happy to check it out for you. Jim
