It is very similar to Rexx's. I am going to start building one for the tank I am picking up tomorrow.

I am getting a 120gal show.,

I have a new design now, it includes the PH probe in the reactor and an inline heater in a loop. Here is a pic of the one I just made (the heater is on the left behind the Fluval):

I promised I would detail this drilled tank project when I posted my 55 gallon thread, this 37 gallon is still on its test flight. Hopefully, next weekend I will reverse engineer it with pics. If you are interested in a reactor without the probe installed, just leave that section out. The PH probe in the reactor works flawlessly, this is the second tank I installed one on and it is keeping the PH rock steady with no air locks.....DC

Looks good DC, I am having one made that is exactly the same if not very similar. The screw ins is a great advantage as to cleaning the reactor. Just unscrew, clean, and screw back in place.

I believe our designs and functionality are quite different, but they both seem to work just fine....DC

Warning, though: don't click on DC's sig unless you have lots of time to spare! Took me about 2 hours to weed my way through all his projects

Does the in and out connections have to be on elbow's or can the water in and out be a straight through set up?

If you mean the PVC, I only use elbows. If you mean the barbs, you can use either, I have both connected depending on the setup....DC

You do have a reactor posted in the swap n shop. It is not the kind I make or use and I did not assist you in making it. I am not sure it will even work so I cannot certify the design.....DC
