DIY CO2 and temp...

So, it is 63 degrees in my house most of the time. Does anyone know if that's cool enough to stop the fermentation if I do a DIY CO2 set-up? It will be a few more weeks before I get a pressurized system, and don't want to waste the effort with DIY if it's too cold in here to ferment properly...

I would not bother doing the yeast co2 if you will have pressurized in a few weeks. MAybe just reduce lighting (intensity and duration) until the pressurized system is in place.

63 is warm enough, but it won't be vigorous fermentation, so not a ton of CO2.

if you're really concerned, just get a bottle of Excel and dose it until your presssurized system is setup.
