A Newbie question about DIY, c02 generator

This is my first attemp at making one of theese "sugar and yeast" c02 generators and I have a couple of questions...

-I have a 75 gallon tank, will this DIY generator be sufficient?

-The mixture consisted of 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and 1 Tsp of yeast. All mixed with luke warm water in a 4 liter milk jug. It's been sitting for a day and a half and I can barly get 1 bubble every 15 seconds. Other people reported that they get up to 5 bubbles per second. I've made sure there are no leaks in my toobing or sealant. What could be wrong?

any comments or sujjestions would be greatly appreated..

5 bubbles per minute is more like it. A tank that size is probably not going to suffice with DIY unless you've got 4 bottle and besides it still not anywhere like pressurized. Regards,
