Dissolveing co2

Would attaching the co2 tubing to the airline peice on a powerhead effectively dissolve co2.

40 gallon SeaClear Acrylic, 192 watt Orbit Lunar PC, Filstar XP2, Filstar XP1, JBJ Regulator, Rhinox 5000 glass co2 diffusor, 9 watt UV sterilizer, Hydor Inline Heater, Pool Filter Sand substrate

If you can run the CO2 into the powerhead itself you'd get better results than just using the venturi

I have heard of a few nightmare stories hooking up a DIY setup to a powerhead. The main problem that I have heard of is the powerhead sucking out the mixture and flooding the tank with it. You would probably be better off using the powerhead to power a reactor. You can make one out of a gravel tube vaccuum.
