New DIY CO2 Method?

Has anyone ever seen this before? It's new to me.
evilbay.com/itm/Complete-DIY-built-CO2-system-Kit-diffuser-aquarium-/260824493358?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3cba59 ed2e#ht_4048wt_1163

Yes it's an ebay link, i dont know if thats against tos or something. Dont ban me!

It's on ebay so im sure its some sort of gimmick. But basically it's saying put vinegar and citric acid in one bottle, baking soda water in a second bottle, connect it all up with tubing through a needle valve, and voila?

Just Google the item number that follows after the description. In this case, evilbay 260824493358

It would be nice to know what this actually produces in terms of volume over time compared to the traditional method. We all knoow that vinegar + baking soda = tons of co2 (im sure you did the foam volcano thing when you were a kid too). This seems to do the same thing but just using vinegar and citric acid to make a vapor that reacts with baking soda water vapor?
