Parts for yeast Co2?

I ask a question in my other thread (yeast Co2 @ night). I am going to post it here as well in hopes it will be seen. My parts include 2 liter bottle, bulkhead fittings, silicone lines, a check valve (is this needed?), fine airstone, sponges and a powerhead and the cup part of a siphon there anything there that is not needed. Or is there something that I am missing?

Oversized bubble counter so it will filter out any yeast/whatever so it wont go in the tank.

Yeast bottle --> oversized bubble counter --> check valve --> diffuser/pump/powerhead

Make sure the lines you use are co2 compatible. Check this out: https://www.plantedtank.net/forums/di...tml#post508247
