What do i do after my Dyi Co2 run out?

Should i add more sugar, yeast or make a new solution once my dyi co2 run out?

Empty the bottle(s) and make new mixes. There has been some talk about having the original yeast replenish but mostly, everybody just makes new mixes. You should make a new mix when the bottle's bubble rate slows down to about 3/4 to half of its original rate. Waiting longer will cause the CO2 levels to vary a lot and is not good for algae control.

I would run multiple bottles, but have them start at different times so when the first runs out the second is still going strong. Then replace the first bottle before the second one runs out, and so on...
