Marine epoxy

When you guys are saying that marine epoxy is safe, do you mean epoxy made specifically for marine tanks or hardware store type marine epoxy, like Loctite http://www.google.com/products/catal...d=0CHgQ8wIwAQ?

I used the marine version of JB Weld, and it worked great. no problems at all.

I wonder if Loctite will be as safe because that's the brand that I already have.
