Need Help with hose fittings for a CO2 Reactor!

Hey, I just bought a Eheim 2211 and I would like to plumb a DIY CO2 reactor into the out flow hose. From my understanding the inside diameter is 12mm, but I am unsure if I would be able to find hose fittings for this. it would be nice to find a 12mm barb to 3/4in thread. I don't even know where to begin looking for something like this. Are metric to American conversions out there?

Thanks for looking,
Nate

You can easily find 1/2" barbs at hd or lowes. Just don't forget the hose clamps.

Yeah there's imperial to metric ones made, it's actually quite a common problem.
Worse case scenario go for 1/2" which is 12.8mm, you can usually fit 12mm hose with some preheating the tube in hot water.
If that doesn't work for you try engineering suppliers, they will have what you want in brass and maybe in stainless too.
