Question Python gravel vacuum

Hello. I was wondering how you go about making your own python gravel vacuum? I have a gravity fed gravel vacuum, but I am wanting to make one of these. What supplies should I get? Also, I have stairs, will that matter when I use it?
Thanks,
Rick

Essentially, you just need to find a waterbed changer; it is essentially a water aspirator that will create a vacuum when you have flowing water.

Where is your aquarium? Obviously, if it is on a higher level than where you want to empty the water, you will have no problem, but the other way around may become a problem.
