4DKH Soultion mix with PH test

I made some 4dkh last night that is as close to spot on as I think I will every make. I tested it countless times expecting to find error. But when I place it in the DC and add a few drops of PH solution the water in a blue green color shouldnt it just be blue? Did I do something wrong? Thanks.

I used RO water added the tinyist bit of baking soda balanced it out with more RO and tested it with my KH test once in the tube 4 drops = 4dkh and then again with twice the amount of water counting drops as .5 degree KH instead of one so 8 drops would = 4dkh. Its blue up to 6 drops turns green at 7 and yellow (finishing color) at 8.

RO water may contain ions that will affect the pH. RO/DI water, if done with filters that are still in good shape, will work fine. I see no reason not to go to the grocery store and buy a gallon plastic jug of distilled water, not the water distilled at the store, but water that was shipped to the store a distilled. That gives you the best chance of actually having distilled water.
