Lightbulb DIY CO2 CAN KIT TO DIFFUSER ?? Need help

Hi guys ive been lurking on this forum for a while and now registered finaly,
i recently purchased a Cheap Tropica CO2 can kit, and also bought the 3 in 1 diffuser, thinking it woulda maybe worked with it but no,
but i had an idea not sure if it makes any sense maybe some of you more experimented could help?
i made a quick paint of what i was thinking
EX: Recommended dose for my 34L is 100ml inside the plastic tank,
i figured there must be a way to have the recommended dose go tru the diffuser or am i completely wrong ? lol
tought it could work like the yeast method ? must be a way maybe with a regulator or needle valve ? before the diffuser?

Co2 CAN> one way valve> plastic tank container> needle valve> diffuser ?

thanks for the help

From my understanding of your drawing, you want to use the gas separator (filter) to measure 100 mL of CO2 that is coming out of a push button CO2 canister (or alternatively a yeast/setup), with some sort of regulator?

There are quite a few points of potential failure with such a system (e.g. with yeast, where would the extra gas produced go?) - it'd just be easier to have a setup that is constantly going 24/7 (if you are going with yeast), rather than trying to measure exactly the amount of gaseous CO2 that is going into your aquarium.

Of course, that being said, I would still recommend a pressurized CO2 system; despite its somewhat high initial cost, the relatively little maintenance that is required afterwards will allow you to enjoy your hobby more!

yeah i was thinking about putting a needle valve before the diffuser so i could ajust the flow of the 100ml/day of co2 injection from those canned co2 so it could dispose of 100ml max co2 a day with the way i was thinking..its like a push of 100ml co2 each day until can is empty lol
basicaly i was just looking for a solution for not having that huge lil plastic ml bucket in my lil 9g trying to bypass it truh a deffuser i will get a pressurized system soon was just looking to fool around abit with this kind of thing lol thanks for replying really appreciate the toughts Cheers

It'd be difficult to do this; a needle valve limits flow, and cannot limit an absolute amount of CO2 (e.g. allow exactly 100 cc of CO2 to flow into the aquarium, then stop).
