Auto Dosing Ferts - Need Device to Prevent Kink at top of Tank

I have seen a clamp on device before that hung on the top of the tank rim. It allowed the 1/4" OD tubing to connect in the bottom and provided a rigid passage for the fluid to make the bend before getting released into the tank. I can't seem to find any right now. I just spent 45 minutes searching the internet and eBay without luck.

Can anyone provide me with a link to some, or a name of what it is called? Thanks!

Not exactly what you are looking for.... but a U shaped acrylic tube would do this and be less clutter than a big plastic jobby.

I have a few of these http://www.fosterandsmithaquatics.co...m?pcatid=16100
and you could trim the intake so it isn't so long and it would work great.

That might work. Do you know the dimensions on that thing? I need the distance from leg to leg; basically the width of tank that it would fit over.

I'm looking for something with a little 'cleaner' installation. Maybe those combined with something I found on eBay. Search eBay for 'the soft tube fixture mount for dosing pump for 6 tubes'. This is what I was originally thinking about, but it doesn't look like it will really prevent kinking. However, I might be able to drill the holes larger to accept the acrylic u tubes.

For a non clean look you could get 2 45 degree elbows at Petco or the like to get the job done for a buck or so.

You could look around while you are there and look for airline tubing fixtures. They have all sorts of stuff that is one piece and molded plastic. You may find exactly what you need and because you probably have a chain pet store locally, you can look it over before you buy.
