Planter pots?

I'm setting up my 29 planted and I need some help. I'm using one plant for the carpet and want to make sure nothing inter mingles like my jungle of a 55. So my idea is to just use planters for basically every non carpet plant. The thing is I want these planters to be removable. So I want something like an empty cup stuck in the substrate that I would then put the actual planter. With the plant in. This way I could remove the plant without disturbing everything around it.
Any ideas? I just can't seem to find anything that fits together like this that might be about 3" tall and preferably black to match my black diamond.

Thanks! Hoping to get something by this weekend so I can start setting this 29 up and breaking the 55 down.

Search eBay for aquarium glass pot. I've used a few of these both on the wall and in the substrate. I think I got a dozen for about $15 shipped about a year ago.

Those are neat, I might pick some up for other purposes but not for what Im looking to do here. I might just end up having to put the planters into the substrate a bit but
1) Im afraid of them rooting out from the holes in the bottoms
2) Itll make a MESS when I need to pull them for replanting and then shove them back into the sub.

I could always just do it this way for now and change it down the line if I find what Im looking for later.

Those glass pots would be perfect when I set up my next reef though
