Exclamation DIY CO2- Fish gasping???

I just recently set up a DIY CO2 system for my aquaone ar 620 which is 90L or 21 Gallons. Its producing about 1 bubble every 1 and a half second. I didn't think was very much CO2 however my discus and especially my angels are gasping for air!!! Is this normal or is there too much CO2 in the system and basically what should I do.....I'm new to CO2.

Sounds like they are starving for air. Run an airstone or put your water outlet just at the top of the water level so some of the surface is disturbed. It will help some with the air. If you leave it like it is too long, they will die. You might want to get a C02 indicator to see what the level is at. It will be worse when the lights are out as the plants won't need the C02 and the levels will rise.
