kombucha co2??

Anybody ever tried this?
I was thinking to take a jar put a line trough make a open/close valve in between make a little bubbler and put a kombucha baby mushroom in there with some thee and sugar.

One of the next days Im going to try this. I dont know if the kombucha fresh oxygen needs to survive. I know it produce a lot off co2. So lets test this.

Kombucha cultures do need oxygen. Typical cultures have a cheesecloth like covering over the opening instead of a lid because of this. Just keep in mind, you're testing what I'm about to write a journal on

Kombucha...great stuff. Used to drink it before football games.

So how was/is your experience with kombuch?
I have extra scobies and want to try it.
What if I would open it at night?

I made my settup, its drying overnight, tomorrow test one.

I uncap mine at night. If you really want to unknot my ramblings in "Kombucha CO2 Journal (pics)" under the fertilizers and water params tab go ahead. Bring popcorn?
