DIY Aquarium planter

I got a new tank a couple of weeks ago and i am making my own planter since i don't wanna cover the whole bottom with sand which is what i usually use as a substrate.
i painted the bottom of the tank and the background as well.
the tank is 60 gallons powered by 2 emperor 400 and currently stocked with tiger barbs, corydoras, pleco and blood parrots.
Materials i am using to make the planter:
-Owens pink insulation foam
-Fast setting Sakrete
-Liquid cement color

looks really cool! good luck with it, now if I understand the concept of this, it will be kind of like a pond? where the fish go in the deeper part there (obviously) and plants around it?
