Hardwood Iroko stand build with 3D door panels

i have just completed this stand for myself for a 6x2x2.I built it in a bungalow at work with hand power tools and i just need to bring it home and set it up. I will not post the build pics as there is too many lol but if anyone needs to know any specific part of the build feel free to ask and i will post a pic of that part of the build process if i have one

Awesome job and love the glass! That is too nice to be a stand! It is even more impressive that it was done with hand tools, that is a lot of work but is also very rewarding. I would be afraid of spilling water on it although it appears to be well protected. Can't wait to see with a full tank.

well the Iroko timber is really really good against moisture thats why i chose it and its had 4 coats of poly varnish on it so it should be ok

WOW! I'd hate to even try to guess on how much time you have invested on the planning and build. What an impressive piece of work. Congratulations on a beautiful stand.

Beautiful work!!

I thought I saw your construction of this stand on the forum before though it could have been on another aquarium forum. You could always just post a link to that post rather than rewriting everything.

That is a very impressive work of art. I've built a stand, so I know how much work it can be.

In your case, I can't imagine the amount of man hours you have into that. Beautiful concept and exceptionally well executed.

Look forward to seeing follow ups as you continue the journey.
