DIY Spray Bars

Hello, I am building a planted tank and my current setup is a 40 gal breeder tank; so 36x18x17. I have two filters running on it right now, a fluvial 406 and 206. I notice that I have a few dead spots due to how to outtake nozzles are pointed. I am looking into building DIY spray bars for both of them to move the circulation a circular path to get better circulation to the plants and fish. I have a Hydro 240 powerhead to point diagonally across the tank as well. for movement across the center of the tank. I am wondering if spray bars with help solve my dead spots as well as the circulation.

here is my current set up. excuse the dullness. I have plants coming in and soon to be stocked full.

you could use some PVC to build spraybars along the full length of the tank, this will increase circulation and if build properly and if the filters are powerfull enough it will eliminate the need for a powerhead.

angels don't like high currents in the tank as well, they prefer almost still water

I might be dutch but I don't have a dutch scape.
