dimmer and relay wiring

I run 6 dimmable par38 LED floodlights over my tank. Currently I'm using 3 timers to turn on pairs in a staggered pattern because all 6 on all the time is just too much for my tank.

But all 6 on at once just looks so much better.

So what I'd like to do is set the lights up to be dimmed all day, with a 'high noon' period in the middle of the day with all lights on 100%.

To do this I was thinking I would use a DPDT relay, a dimmer, and two timers.

My crummy attempt at a schematic is attached (apologies for the blurriness). I've never done this type of thing before (and I hate AC wiring) so I thought I'd seek other opinions.

Any suggestions?
