Basically its set up as a way for members to be recognized for anything positive they have done throughout our community. You can not take away from a members reputation, only add to it. If you feel that somebody has helped you greatly or did something positive for our community, you can thank them by hitting the scale and adding to their reputation.

Kyle will have to come around and offer the full breakdown of how it all works past that.
