Timer Function Help

I just got a Planted Plus Pro and I'm having trouble getting the timer function to work. I've set the time, the on and off time but the timer function doesn't seem to do anything at the times I've set. I've tried pressing resume and get the T-ON prompt at the display. Is there anything else I'm missing that wouldn't let the timer work properly?

Hey there! I am currently latching on to your thread as I have bought 2 of these and I am having the same problem. Currently I am able to get them to dim for at the times I specify, but then they turn back to full brightness so I am a little confused as well!

By chance what you tried so far?

1. Press On Time, screen will blink for 3-5 seconds.
2. Press Hour+ and Minute- until desired On Time is reached
3. Press Enter scheduled On Time is now set
4. Press Off Time
5. Press Hour+ and Minute until desired Off Time is reached
6. Press Enter scheduled Off Time is now set
Note: At scheduled On Time, the Satellite+ Pro LED will slowly ramp up over 15 minutes simulating a
gradual sunrise. At the Off Time, the LED will slowly dim down over 15 minutes simulating a sunset.

Bump: When it says T-on the timer is on and the light will come on/go off at the scheduled time.

Did you ever get this fixed?

I am having the exact same problem. I've got the on/off times set, but they don't seem to work.

At the "off" time, the lights fade...then promptly come back on at full daylight strength.

I'm starting to suspect this unit is defective.

The unit isn't defective you just need to set the moon light aspect of the controller. Push and hold the moon light function button until the screen indicates it's accepting programming, the screen will display a code, I'm not sure which code pops up on the screen because I'm at work so I can not fiddle with mine to find out. Decrease the white and blue LED intensities to the desired level you want, if this is off run them all to 0. When you get them where you want them press and hold the moon light button on the controller until the screen flashes, hit resume on the remote until the display indicates On. Your lights will then dim out to what ever you set your moon light at when the "off" time is reached.

If you need to know what the screen should be displaying PM me and I'll cycle mine when I get home from work and let you know what the display should read when your making these programming changes.

Thanks for the reply. I have already set the moonlight (to 1% white, the rest all zero). The lights still come on full strength when they're supposed to be off.
