Tap water with Prime ok for Tadpoles or do you need R.O. Distilled water?

I have some tadpoles in an outside pond that I want to save and bring into a new 10 gallon aquarium.

Please let me know

75 Gallon community planted Aquarium. Pearl Gourami,Golden barbs, zebra, pearl Danios,black neon tetra, glow-light, denson barb, Rasboras, cherry barbs, fancy tail guppies, hachet fish, rosy tetra, flame tetra
29 gallon Gold fish tank(1 large fish)
55 gallon planted red cherry shrimp tank, otto, neon tetra, white cloud.
10 gallon betta tank

Prime is fine to use with tadpoles. I have a friend that uses it with his without any issues. They are very sensitive to chlorine so any conditioner that removes the chlorine and chloramine (if present) would work.
