Yes, towards the Rockies there are some cool rocks, otherwise, it is a bit of a wasteland.

Thats amazing! Such variation through the years in the color of the leaves on those trees. Do you know what kind of trees they are. Im assuming they are not all the same- but, maybe they are.

Mostly birch and maple trees, some beech and oak mixed in as well most likely

No photos , but at least the weather finally turned this week . We are getting fall like temps , but it has been so dry I doubt the leaves will turn anything but dead . Getting dark at 7:30 too....lol

Collected only 1 flower (a deep burgundy lenten rose), but didnt really need flowers. Brilliant fall color from coleus leaves, lambs ear, succulents, grevelia,
