What kind of plants would work?

Hello, just looking for some opinions. I'm going to try to aquascape my tank for the fist time and i was going to make 2 grassy hills with dwarf hair grass with a stream in between and plants on the hills in the back with a bonsai tree on one hill. I was thinking maybe little low laying plants for along the sand stream but I'm unsure what kinds would work well. I've seen dwarf clover, these little heferi ferns but I don't have much experience with what plants are good yet. Anyone have any ideas? Also looking for a good type of moss to make a hanging willow type tree or alternatively something to make a pink tree but probably a willow one. Tank is dosed with ferts and has high light but no co2 yet, would like something that might not absolutely need co2 and isn't super delicate since I'm still newer to plants but I am planning to get it eventually. So far the algea is controlled between the otos and having half the tank covered by floaters so I was seeing how far I could get without. So far for background plants I have ar rosefolia, working on a hair grass carpet, getting a red lilly, pennywort, ar mini, hygrophila ferns for along the back. And i have anubius as well on the walls. Any suggestions would be awesome! Thank you!
