Beautiful piece of wood @Marcelo ! Screwing an anchor (tile) under your piece would be a great idea to anchor it down. I would advise using a stainless steel screw though. Doesn't hurt to be cautious about metals and they are easily purchased at any hardware store. I would put some little dabs of silicone on the screw and on the bottom of the tile just in case you have tempered glass on the bottom of your tank. Especially if you are using a hard tile. Most true ceramics are very hard and a hard contact point can scratch the glass possibly causing a catastrophic failure. However unlikely that it would happen, this falls into the "Couldn't hurt" category. I am just extra nervous about tempered glass as I have seen what can happen to it first hand. If you know for a fact that you have float glass on the bottom of your tank, the worst that will happen is that you will get some little scratches which really do not matter as you will never see the bottom of your tank.

I may come across as a know-it-all. In reality, I have no idea.
