Low tech 20-gallon Tall - 2nd Planted tank

I've decided to start on my second tank. I'm trying to achieve a bit more "depth" with this one than my first. The layout style was inspired from a scape on youtube..but unfortunately I can't find the video.

I may move some things around until I finally add plants.

I plan to have the portion behind the rocks raised a couple inches with eco complete, and have the inside portion a bit lower, and fill that area with marsilea.

The plants I intend to use are:

- Java fern needle leaf
- Anubias nana petite
- various shorter cryptocorynes
- Marsilea(h or m)
- Moss(unsure of which type)

there's also Marsilea Crenata that's not often mentioned, it's the smallest of the three. This is a really cool scape!

I orderd marsilea hirsuta, but for some reason the seller sent crenata. I certainly don't mind

The original hardscape just wasn't working for me... so I ended up with this layout.

Bump: Changed things around a bit, and added some marsilea in the foreground, and ferns, anubias, buce plants, mosses on the hardscape.. Next week I will be planting some crypts and more marsilea

Love it! Outstanding scape for a low tech! I think I saw this on the planted tank group on Facebook?

Two 24" Current Satellite+ pros, over a glass canopy, dimmed down to PAR 25-30 at the substrate for 6 hours a day. After this tank is filled in I will gradually bump it up to 8 hours a day.
