20g planted build in progress

Been 3 years since I last said I was going to get a planted tank up and running. Finally decided to do it. Well almost...

Equipment:
Aqueon 20g 30 x 13 x 13
Finnex FugeRay Planted+
Aqua Clear 50
Eheim Heater

Eco-Complete

Still compiling a list of plants to get. Trying to keep it on the low end. any recommendations?

Trying to stay away from Co2 but if I need to make the jump I will.

Hopefully I'll have more updates

Looking good! I think the grass would look better arranged primarily around the base of the DW, then sorta faded out to the left, as opposed to spaced evenly across the entire tank. Unless the goal is to eventually have a full carpet, then I can see the logic.

Thanks for the tip!

I was hoping for a full carpet but I am totally open for new ideas. Still going through other members journals to get ideas and tips.
